Terms and Conditions
Working with Budget Tree Care, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services: Budget Tree Care (The Company) agrees to provide tree services to the hiring client as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work.

2. Time Commitment: The engagement has no specific time commitment. The hiring client can terminate the services at any time.
​
3. Hold Harmless Agreement: The hiring client agrees to hold Budget Tree Care harmless from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided by The Company if The Company was not responsible for such damages due to natural disasters.

4. Cancellation and Notice: The hiring client may cancel the scheduled service by providing written notice or calling Budget Tree Care at least 24 hours before the service. The Company will cease providing services upon the effective date of cancellation.

5. Payment: Payment for the services provided by Budget Tree Care is due upon completion of the tree service. The agreed-upon proposal or statement of work sets forth the specific payment terms, including rates, invoicing information, and payment deadlines. The hiring client agrees to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment.

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared with any 3rd party during the engagement. This includes any personal information, such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses. All text communication is based around tree services, appointment reminders and quotes to tree projects. Furthermore, the client has the opportunity to opt-out regarding SMS communication at any time by texting STOP to (385) 308-5176. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Utah.
​
8. Changes to Terms: Budget Tree Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior written notice to the hiring client.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.
10. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
